Red Cypher Charity Trustees come from both veteran and serving members of 3rd Regiment Royal Horse Artillery. The Veteran Trustees manage the organisation on a day to day basis maintaining compliance with our charitable aims and ensuring good governance in line with Charity Commission guidelines.
You can find out a little more about our Veteran Trustees below. From the Serving Regiment the Second In Command, RSM, Quartermaster and one other serving member are ex officio Trustees.

Andrew served in C Battery as a Subaltern and Battery Commander. He returned to 3RHA as Commanding Officer and went onto subsequent senior roles within NATO. Andrew now works as an independent NATO subject matter expert.

Mike served for 10 years in the Army before pursuing a career in IT. He has held senior management positions with FTSE 100 and large multi-national companies and is currently a company Director and IT Consultant supporting SMEs
